The injustice against Joshua has occurred because close family friends of the perpetrator work in ranking positions in law enforcement and the legal system. They have sought favors on behalf of Joshua's abuser and corrupted the system of justice that should have protected him.
- A ranking police officer sought help from respected Brothers-in-Blue to bury the first investigation so that it never made it to the District Attorney's Office.
- This same officer was a collegue of the Judge (working side-by-side) assigned to the case.
- This officer used his position of power to bias the initial legal rulings and the Judge in favor of the abuser.
- Systemic discrimination against fathers by CPS and the Judge have minimized the evidence that clearly shows the abuse against Joshua.
- CPS, Law Enforcement, and the Judge have ignored the perpetrator's use of fear and intimidation to quiet my son's cries for help.
- Bureaucratic failures by Internal Affairs and CPS have caused the normal checks-and-balances in the system to fail Joshua completely.
Sadly our Justice and Legal Systems are like dominoes who parrot each other and call it "departmental support".
Once the dominoes started falling in favor of the abuser, my son was condemned to years of physical and mental abuse that will last long after justice is finally obtained!!

Support is desperately needed to help win Joshua's freedom and help him heal by giving him the life free from abuse that he deserves.
